Griff House pre-arrival information: please complete the form below and return as soon as possible.

You may if you wish download the pdf form and send it to us – however it must arrive in good time before you arrive.

Please note that in every case:

If any guest experiences Covid-19 symptoms up to 14 days prior to arrival, they must inform the owners; guests will be refused admission and the booking must be cancelled or postponed.

If any guest experiences Covid-19 symptoms during a stay, they must inform the owners; guests will be expected to vacate their room and return home to self-isolate or seek treatment.

IF NOT British, Irish or Commonwealth, please supply your passport or travel ID number, place of issue and your next destination
Would you like housekeeping to service your room during your stay?
Would you prefer breakfast served in the dining room or your bedroom?
If we are busy, choose preferred dining room sitting
